The brewery produces small batches, strong opinions, and a seasonal release whose name took longer than its recipe. The tasting panel is unusually available on Friday afternoons.
The owner loves a balanced finish. He dislikes explaining why the limited edition is limited to what fit in the shed. Wear the tee for a brewery that always has room for Mora conversation. The taproom is imaginary.
