Description
The birdwatchers would appreciate a little discretion.
The Flasher Aviary Society started when three neighbors spotted a rare bird and each insisted it was a different species. They formed a society to settle the matter. The bird left before the vote.
Members now gather with binoculars, field guides, and an explanation prepared for anybody asking why they are standing behind a hedge at dawn. The society’s newsletter is dedicated to sightings, migration patterns, and photographs the editor has cropped very carefully.
The annual outing includes a quiet walk followed by a loud disagreement at breakfast. Everyone agrees the plumage was impressive. Nobody agrees on anything else. Wear the tee and support imaginary bird enthusiasts whose entirely innocent hobby sounds increasingly suspicious every time they describe it.
