Faulkton Creamery began when its founder decided the community needed excellent dairy and a name nobody would mispronounce. Only one of those goals was achieved.
The creamery favors slow churning, generous samples, and clear enunciation during radio interviews. Staff members pause patiently while visitors finish saying the town name to each other.
Its flavor contest is judged blind, mostly because the panel got tired of reading entry forms aloud. Wear the tee for a creamery devoted to wholesome ingredients and entirely unwholesome reactions. Please put the lid back on.
